I am a first-year Marriage and Family Therapy student at Whitworth University. As an intern at Bigfoot Counseling, I am gaining hands-on experience in providing compassionate, client-centered therapy under the supervision of experienced professionals. I work with individuals, couples, and families, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and discover new ways to navigate life. I am currently trained in Gottman Therapy Level One and recently completed Level One in Emotion-Focused Therapy.
Becoming a therapist has been a dream of mine for a long time. My therapy journey was fueled by a deep desire to create a space where people feel heard and supported.
When I am not in the therapy room, you can usually find me playing with my dogs, kayaking, or thrift shopping. I believe healing happens in many ways, and I strive to bring warmth and authenticity to every session.

Hi, I am Bella Rebay. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling (MFT) at Whitworth University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Idaho.
With over six years of experience as a Hatha Yoga Instructor—an art I believe saved me over a decade ago—I often draw on its foundations to help others reconnect with their mind and body.
Equine assisted therapy (horse therapy) is another passion of mine. After caring for my own horses and working in various fields that incorporate horses into the therapy experience, I strive to integrate this modality into my future clinical practice. My goal is to help individuals address their traumas, foster strength, and move toward healing through connection with both people and animals.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, attending live music events, creating art, and spending time with my animals.

Hi, I am Robert. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and am currently pursuing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree.
I have four years of experience working on an adult inpatient acute mental health unit, where I developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of mental health care and the resilience of those navigating recovery. This experience has strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges.
I am passionate about all aspects of mental health and strive to grow as a provider who helps others find healing, balance, and self-understanding through therapeutic connection and individualized support.
Outside of work, I enjoy attending baseball games and spending time with my family.

With over 20 years of experience as a dedicated Registered Nurse, I am currently pursuing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree. I have a deep passion for mental health, addiction recovery, and supporting youth and adolescents in my community. My commitment to holistic, compassionate care is rooted in decades of hands-on experience and a strong belief in the power of healing and resilience.
Beyond my clinical and academic work, I volunteer as part of a medical team and guardian on Honor Flights to Washington, D.C., honoring United States Vietnam Veterans—a cause close to my heart.
I find joy and balance in spending time with my husband, family, and grandchildren. Whether hiking, gardening, or enjoying the outdoors with our two beloved dogs, I bring the same warmth, compassion, and dedication to my personal life that I do to my professional calling.

Hello, I am Kristen Telford. I am enrolled in Capella University's Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I gained my undergraduate degree in Community Psychology from the University of Washington.
I am excited to be part of the team as an intern counselor. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive space where people feel safe to share their stories. I value cultural competence and trauma-informed care, and I believe in meeting each person with compassion, respect, and understanding. I am looking forward to learning from the team and supporting clients as they work toward healing and growth.
When starting school, I began as a traditional art major. I changed my path when I met two professors that inspired me to use my life experiences to elevate others. I know in my heart that it is my duty in life to aid those in need, be a cheerleader when they succeed and be a hand to hold. With empathy and whole-hearted care, I will meet you where you are at and we will do this together.
If I am not at work, you will find me out in my garden with my dogs, Peony and Bear. They have probably eaten half of it and I'm trying to fix it.
