Affordable Care for Everyone. We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program based on income and family size, supported by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). This means you may qualify for reduced costs on services—even if you’re uninsured or underinsured. No one is denied care because of inability to pay. It’s quick, confidential, and based on federal guidelines.
